When a tournament result is verified, Den Coin prize winnings are credited to your coin wallet instantly — spend them in the PlayDen Shop on cosmetics, gift cards, and more. INR prize pools are declared by PlayDen and settled directly between the tournament organizer and winners. See our Prize Distribution Policy for full details.

DEN Coins (DC) are PlayDen’s reward currency. You earn DC for every match you play, with bonus multipliers on win streaks and ranked games. Redeem them in the PlayDen Shop for cosmetics, gift cards, gear, and exclusive drops. DEN Coins never expire while your account is active.

Your MMR is built from verified match results — wins, losses, and the strength of your opponents — not vanity stats. It updates after every ranked match and is used to find scrims against players at your level.

Open the match in the Bracket tab and tap “Report issue” within 30 minutes of the match ending. Attach a screenshot of the final scoreboard as evidence. An admin reviews every dispute, and verified results are final. See Rules & Fair Play for details.

Tap the player’s profile and choose “Report”, or use “Report issue” on the match. Provide any evidence you have (clips, screenshots). Our anti-cheat team reviews reports and applies penalties ranging from point deductions to permanent bans.
